Europe has Solid Evidence of Espionage and Terrorism by Iran: Ex-Diplomat Admits
Iran’s intentions to build international influence are based on many wrongdoings and negative activities to the world peace. Many Arab countries are certain that Iran has been interfering in many countries in the Middle East through its proxies, and it has a hidden agenda to pave its way for dominance in the region. However, Iran has denied these allegations. In a recent development, the US under President Trump has withdrawn nuclear deal with Iran. The European Union has not expressed a positive reaction over this decision by Trump. But there is a rare admission of Iran’s ex-diplomat in Germany in which he has admitted that the European Union has undeniable evidence of espionage and terrorist activities against Iran.
Espionage and terrorism by Iran are strongly dangerous to the world peace because these acts lead a country to do anything right or wrong to get their objectives. Ali Majedi, who is living a retired life, gave an interview with an Iran Students News Agency that European countries have undeniable evidence against involvement in activities of espionage and terrorism by Iran. The news agency was state-run, and Mr. Majedi remained an ambassador of Iran in Berlin until November 2018. Thus, he revealed the current situation between Iran and Iran’s so-called friends in Europe. Iran’s evil intentions have made them alert as well, and they have started questioning over Iran’s position.
Mr. Majedi has pointed towards some events which show that he was speaking truth, and there was something wrong between the two sides. He has said that some European countries have deported Iran’s diplomats. These countries are Albania, Germany, the Netherlands, and Denmark, for example. These deportations are linked with a charge of espionage and terrorism by Iran where Iran has been involved in activities to plot bomb attacks in European countries. There is also evidence against Iran that it has been involved in plots to assassinate those who are from Iran, but they are against it. For instance, Iranian intelligence agencies were involved in making a plot to bomb an opposition rally in France and to kill a political opponent in Denmark. These plots were failed, but they gave European authorities evidence about Iran’s involvement in terrorist activities.
Since the US withdrawal from Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action JCPOA, Iran has been struggling because the increase in US sanctions against it has pushed the country in a difficult economic position. Although European Union has come up with SPV or Special Purpose Vehicle to save the deal and to make Iran loyal to the agreement, according to Iran’s ambassador, there is no connection between the nuclear deal and SPV.
The foreign minister of Iran has denied these words from ex-diplomat, but the confidence of ex-diplomat shows that he is speaking the truth. Things are not friendly between Iran and European countries. The reason is Iran itself, which is involved in espionage and terrorism, there just to make its political opponents silent. Iran has not responded honestly to European countries’ peaceful efforts, which are mainly beneficial for Iran and its role in the world. Eventually, Iran has been exposed before European countries, and there is evidence from within Iran, i.e. its ex-diplomat to one of the important countries in Europe.
