Until and unless an alternative to phones or tablets are made available, the market of wireless would not fall to decline. Ladder is the biggest benefit for our company and our business ties with AT&T.

6.2-PEST Analysis

6.2.1-Political

Devices such as mobile phones are encouraged by the political parties as these are the medium through which more votes can be obtained. This may be by means of messages to target voters or audios and visuals to attract more voters. Hence, these devices are not attracting more taxes and are readily available without any severe restrictions to people. Hence politically, the wireless industry is at ease. Things like m-campaigning are more common in our country today which cannot be carried out without cell phones. Barack Obama and Mitt both used these systems for their campaigning. Twitter is most commonly used by politicians to send their messages to the people and bid for re-elections. Hence a big opportunity is available for expansion in countries that are going through the election campaign or that would happen soon. Since this is an external factor. The company may not have control over taxes, and if levied on high percentages; however, we can reduce other costs to equalize the effect on our profits of higher taxes imposed on cellular-related products.

6.2.2-Economical

The consumer purchasing power and spending expenses are affected by economic factors. This may vary according to the place or level of income of consumers. Wireless Solution 1 aims as following consumer behaviors and act accordingly. For example, during the recession time is the U.S, the purchasing power of consumers has dropped and fewer customers go for luxurious phones in a new condition. However, this is an advantage to us, as we provide re-furbished phones that are less costly than the new ones. So a big consumer number is easily attracted by us.

6.2.3-Social

These include the demographic effects of society upon the business. In the case of the wireless industry, the age factor is an important consideration. Every next person in the new generation owns a cell phone, either luxurious or just a cheap one to fulfill basic needs. The wireless phone has become a need for society from north to south and east to west of the world. Hence, the social factor has remained in favor of the industry we deal with.

6.2.4-Technological

The most dramatic force that prevails in our industry is this technological factor. Due to the rapid improvement in technology, we need to keep ourselves updated with new software and hardware related to cellular and wireless services and products. We have a development team that is continuously working on these areas. With controlled expenses in this area, we do keep ourselves updated with the latest knowledge in the market. This is the major competitive edge that will take us to the new level and compete against other competitors either small or big.

7- Distribution Points and Process Flow

We aim to enhance our distribution process. Main distribution channels are in England, Italy, and many other Asian regions. African and American regions are also included for distribution centers. South Africa, South America, Mexico and Dominican are included in these regions.

9- R2 Compliance & Advantages

We take our environment as our intention is to contribute to a sustainable environment. We take environmental responsibilities seriously. We create a system of accountability for electronic equipment, all the way to final disposition. We see data security as a top priority. We adhere to the highest industry standards and best practices. We integrate with industry and environment programs

10-Financial Position

Please see Appendix for current and forecasted financial position of Wireless Solution 1.

As we can see from the historical and forecasted data in the Appendix, we can see that net sales have increased by a percentage of 140% that is quite impressive in the first year of operations. This is due to the expertise of our founder, who not only holds knowledge regarding business in this industry but is a very competitive person who has obtained several recognition awards in the past. Hence grabbing sales is not just luck, but it is art. This art is in the possession of Wireless Solution 1.

11-AT&T benefits Wireless Solution 1

As we have already shown how we have performed over the past year, we have forecast our finances for the next five years based upon historic achievements. We achieved a net income of $ 3.9 million in our first year and $8.4 million in our second. We wish to increase this to about $ 13 million in the next five years. For now, we had supplies from small vendors, obviously not as big as AT&T is. If AT&T gets into a business tie with wireless, we would be able to get our forecasts to tremendously greater levels. This $ 13 million may reach $ 40 million with the help of a huge supply that AT&T has. AT&T is well known to tie up with small businesses and getting the best out of them by means of its expertise and knowledge and a big identity in the world. When this identity gets connected with us, we will not only be able to enhance sales volume, but also obtain loyal customers all over the world.

12-Wireless Solution 1 benefits AT&T

Wireless Solution was started in a back yard garage, which has now grown to multiple setups not on in America but outside America as well. This means we hold the potential to get out of a garage and set up multiple distribution networks in multiple locations. Our staff is our biggest strength and is trained by our owner and founder, Foad. This stuff is remunerated very appropriately that they never leave us but help us in achieving our mission and objectives. We wish to become a market leader and we are almost there. If our name is connected with AT&T., This would not only a benefit for us but also for AT&T. We offer high-value services at reasonable prices. AT&T would be able to get hold of a service provider who has the potential to lead. This will help AT&T remain ahead of its competitors as well. A new strength will be added to the SWOT of AT&T.
