Change Management Always Play a key role in every project. Change Managers are responsible for ensuring changes in every project. This individual will concentrate on the individual’s side of progress, including changes to business procedures, frameworks and innovation, work jobs and association structures. Change Management always considered important for any project because the executives are overseeing change to guarantee the ideal conduct results that would work towards ensure the objective so, due to progress the executive’s frequently operating style and behaviours or method of working will be changed. This is frequently wanted when an association is executing new business forms due to mechanical activities and new application usage.

Case Study identified Changes and Solution

First issue was improper team selection and change identified was project Manager and team acquisition considering their knowledge cost, availability and experience I think proper selection on merit result in less delays .Second issue was that tasks are going not tracked properly because they do not design any schedule or procedure and change was improper use of  Scheduling technique or tools result in changes of the schedule project tasks every like make project scope ,group the activities so first thing design scheduling using software like Microsoft project Management Software. Third issue faced by purchasing department teams when they noticed that they are going with overrun in man hours change made for this is to get more budget for this I think Human resource department they supposed to manage their task according to their needs like if they need more work they must inform their project manager before the problem and apply for more hiring in if they need so .Fifth issue was team not working properly and identified change was to create proper collaboration with team members and project Manager  here responsible to visit project sites in every two days Moreover ,reviews and queries Manager end will be sort out in less time because collaboration to get successful project is  important it enhance the respect and confidence level of worker and manger remains up to date with current progress of project .Sixth issue was not designing the documenting the project procedures and  identified change I considered was critical specially for bigger project for making any change even at small scale it is the responsibility of project manager  first to make draft of the change then analyse after proper analysis go for supervisor approval this proper approval avoid further problem for both supervisor and manager which many times in form of  conflicts and the same is case with Lyle construction team whose manger implement the changes without the approval of their supervisor. Seventh was demand of extra meeting by supervisor and Change should be more cost and allocation of more hours for workers when he met with Project Manager and asked him to further meetings schedule I think this type of meeting should be planned in scheduling or plaining phase supervisor must meet with team and Manager on every two weeks this will overcome the communication gap between team and supervisor and get progress report of work and keep himself up to date regarding the project
